Optimism
Optimism opens a door in difficult or hopeless situations. No matter what the crisis, an optimist maintains the outlook that it is a sign, time for a different way of thinking, or of doing things. Sometimes the signal has to be very clear even harsh, otherwise we may continue in self-delusion and not wake up. Of course if we lack optimism, instead of taking this signal as a step towards renaissance, complaint, resentment or even desperation will emerge.
I am an optimist. I believes in a bright future and our ability to build it together.Once described as “a visionary thinker with a rare intellect,” I teach leaders and organisations how to inspire people to make the absolute best of their potential, to become fulfilled, productive and profitable. “I personally believe that every human being has untapped brilliance, and has the potential to lead and flourish. With clarity, focus and training; inner strength and creativity will naturally flow leading to personal success and self-actualisation. Balance is the key ingredient and growth is a natural event, which is essential for our learning. Our actions affect others, so we have a duty of care to ourselves and other.”
