My regrets and what they mean to you!

“First comes thought; then organization of that thought, into ideas and plans; then transformation of those plans into reality. The beginning, as you will observe, is in your imagination.”— Napoleon Hill” Life is interesting, and we live in interesting times as you will agree, I had a fantastic meditation this morning and found myself thinking of regrets. My regrets in life to be specific! So here goes, my regrets:
  1. I regret that I didn’t save or invest money when I was younger- What I learnt was even if you start late with the right knowledge and training you can make investments that allow you to finish strong.

  2. I regret that I didn’t look after me health and fitness when I was younger- What I learnt was that no matter your age, you can eat healthy and exercise and create the body you have always wanted.

  3. I regret that I never dreamed big when I was younger- What I learnt was that it doesn’t matter when you start, just start- dream big- plan- action and enjoy the Dream!

  4. I regret that I was never very adventurous when I was younger- What I learnt was that age is nothing but a number when it comes to adventures, and I have had plenty of those.

  5. I regret not staying in touch with my friends from school and university- What I learnt was to value my relationships with select close friends and family. Like I said before, we live in interesting times- the choices that I made provided me with growth and value so that I may live with no regrets but a new found simple wisdom and way of life.
